How do I personalise a gift?
Choose a product and its available options, then select Personalise. Upload a photo, adjust the crop, add optional wording and review the design before adding it to your basket.
Can I upload a photo from my phone?
Yes. The editor accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP and supported HEIC photos up to 20 MB. Use the original photo where possible rather than a screenshot or a small social-media copy.
What does the print-quality warning mean?
It estimates whether your photo has enough detail at the selected print size and crop. A low-resolution photo may print soft. Replace it with a larger original, or reduce the zoom, before reviewing your design.
Does my photo keep its background?
Cushions, coasters and sacks keep the background of your uploaded photo. Check the selected mug layout and its preview for how your photograph will be displayed.
Can I edit an item in my basket?
Use Edit Design beside the personalised item, make your changes and select Update basket. Check the updated preview before ordering.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £2.99 at the current checkout rate. Our print partner generally dispatches in 1–4 working days; more complex products can take 5 working days. Shipping takes additional time and varies by product and destination. See delivery information and contact us before ordering if a particular arrival date is essential.
