Your photo gift is made to order. Please allow time for both production and delivery; shipping starts after your item has been made.
UK delivery cost
UK delivery is £2.99 per order at the current checkout rate. Your final delivery charge is shown before payment. Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout.
How long does it take?
- Making your gift: our print partner’s general estimate is 1–4 working days before dispatch. More complex products can take 5 working days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch dates; the product and production facility can affect the time needed.
- Getting it to you: delivery time is additional to production time and depends on the product, destination and carrier. We use an economy delivery service; tracking is provided when available.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. We do not currently offer a guaranteed arrival date, next-day arrival or a published Christmas cut-off.
Need it for a birthday or another date? Email hello@oroomi.co.uk before ordering with the product, postcode and date needed. We will check the supplier’s current product-specific production and shipping estimates. Please wait for our confirmation before relying on a deadline.
Separate parcels and tracking
Different items may be made at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels. Use your order reference and checkout email on our order tracking page. Tracking is not available for every delivery service; we will share it when supplied by the carrier.
If your order is delayed or missing
Email hello@oroomi.co.uk with your order reference if an agreed delivery estimate has passed or you need help. We will investigate with our print partner and delivery provider. Please check the delivery address carefully before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, see returns and order help. Delivery estimates do not affect your statutory rights.
